Shipping Policy

Every BabyVows piece is made to order, so the timeline has two parts: the time we spend making your item, then the time it spends in transit.

Production time

We make and finish your piece in 1–3 business days. This applies to every item in the shop, from printed signs to hand-embroidered hoops and rompers.

Production begins once we have the personalisation details you entered at checkout. If anything is unclear we will email you before we start, which may add a day or two.

Shipping

Orders ship from the United States. Standard shipping takes 5–12 business days after production is complete. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, and free standard shipping applies to orders of $49.99 or more.

We are not able to guarantee delivery dates. If you need an item for a specific event date, please contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

Gift orders

Every order arrives gift-wrapped at no extra charge, with a handwritten card carrying your message. Prices are never printed on the packing slip.
