About these terms

These terms apply to purchases made through this store. By placing an order you agree to them.

Made-to-order goods

All items are made to order. The personalisation you submit at checkout is what we produce. We are not responsible for spelling, dates or wording entered incorrectly by the customer.

Product images

Product photography shows representative examples. Because items are handmade, small variations in stitching, grain, colour and finish are normal and are not defects.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include personalisation unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before charging a different amount.

Order acceptance

An order is accepted when we begin production. We may decline an order and refund it in full where personalisation requests are unlawful, infringe someone else's rights, or are offensive.

Intellectual property

By submitting personalisation text or artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. Site content, product designs and photography remain our property.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
